Privacy policy

What we collect
We collect the contact and shipping information you provide, order and payment status, photos, creative briefs, label text, artwork selections, approvals, and feedback. Our hosting and service providers also process technical information needed to deliver and secure the site. Stripe processes payment details; our application does not store your full card number.
How we use your information
We use your information to create and deliver your custom order, communicate with you, provide support, and maintain order records. Photos, briefs, and generation instructions are shared with our image-generation provider, fal.ai, and its underlying model providers to create your designs. Please upload only photos you have permission to use.
Service providers
Our website uses Vercel for hosting, Supabase for data and image storage, Stripe for payments, Resend for transactional email, and fal.ai for image generation. Shipping providers receive the information needed to deliver your order. These services process information to provide their services and under their applicable terms and privacy policies.
Advertising and cookies
Optional advertising is off until you accept it. If you accept, Meta Pixel measures visits to public marketing pages and Meta Conversions API reports purchases. Information may include cookie identifiers, browser information, purchase value, and a hashed email address used for matching. Hashing does not make this information anonymous. We do not send your uploaded photos or creative brief to Meta through these integrations.
Your choices
Use Privacy choices at the bottom of the site to accept or reject optional tracking. Your choice is stored in a cookie for six months and in a server-side preference record so it also controls future purchase reporting. Withdrawing consent stops future optional reporting; it does not undo information already sent. A Global Privacy Control signal overrides advertising acceptance. We do not interpret the older Do Not Track signal as consent. Essential checkout and security functions remain available when you reject optional tracking. Clearing cookies or changing devices may require another choice.
Storage and retention
Order information and artwork remain in our systems to fulfil orders, provide support, and maintain business records. We do not currently apply a fixed automatic deletion schedule. Contact us to request deletion. Some records may need to be retained to meet legal obligations or resolve disputes. Customer image storage is currently accessible to anyone who has the image link; do not upload sensitive documents or information unrelated to the design.
Requests and contact
Email mansoor@mansoorbahramand.com to ask about your information or request access, correction, or deletion. Include your order number if available. We may need to verify that the request is yours before disclosing or changing information. Applicable rights depend on where you live and the laws that apply to our business.
Changes to this policy
We will publish updates on this page and change the updated date. If our optional tracking purposes change materially, we will request a new choice before enabling them.
