Cancel within three days, before approval
You can cancel your order for a full refund, no questions asked, within three days (72 hours) of purchase, provided you have not approved the final artwork. Approval ends cancellation and refund eligibility immediately, even if it happens within those first three days.
After approval
Because your order is custom work, we do not offer refunds after you approve the final artwork. Please check the artwork, spelling, label, and order details carefully before approving. This policy does not limit rights or remedies required by applicable law.
How to cancel or get help
Email mansoor@mansoorbahramand.com with your order number and cancellation request. For requests outside the cancellation window, or if an item arrives damaged, incorrect, or has another problem, contact us so we can review it with you.
Shipping
US shipping is included. We promise shipment within seven days of purchase; delivery time is additional. If missing information, approval timing, or another issue prevents us from meeting that date, we will contact you about the delay and your options, including cancellation where required. Tracking will be provided when your order ships.
