Shipping
- How fast will my card ship?
- Orders placed before 2PM PT ship the same day. Most customers receive their card within 3–5 business days total (2 days production + 1–3 days carrier).
- Do you ship internationally?
- US only at launch. International shipping is on the roadmap.
- Is shipping free?
- Free on orders over $75. Flat $6.95 otherwise.
Turnaround & Production
- How long does production take?
- Production (render + print + foil + sleeve) takes 48 hours. Your order ships the business day after production completes.
- Can I rush an order for a gift deadline?
- Standard 48-hour production already beats most gift deadlines. If your deadline is tight, check the Gift page for order-by-dates.
Returns & Guarantee
- What if I don't love the card?
- Our love-it guarantee: if you don't love the card, email us within 30 days and we'll refund or reprint — no questions.
- Can I cancel before production?
- Yes. Email us within 2 hours of ordering and we'll cancel before we start rendering.
Privacy & Your Photo
- What happens to my photo?
- Your photo is used only to render your card. We don't sell, share, or use it for training. Uploaded photos are deleted 60 days after fulfillment.
- Do you need an account?
- No. We use session-based upload and checkout. Your order confirmation arrives via email only.
Card Quality
- What's the card made of?
- 320gsm holographic foil-backed stock. UV-cured print. Rounded corners in the classic trading-card format.
- Is it the same quality as graded collectibles?
- Our stock matches the quality collectors grade and sleeve. Every order ships with a protective toploader + sleeve.
